The easiest way to get to the highest peak of the Giant Mountains is between June and September by a tourist CYCLE BUS No. 1 to Pec pod Sněžkou. A cableway will then bring us up to Sněžka (1602 m a.s.l.) in less than 30 minutes. Then, we continue along the national border with Poland following the red trail to Violík, further to the Labe spring and via Růženčina zahrada (Růženka's garden) to the mountain chalet Dvoračky (open all year long). In favourable weather, there is a beautiful view of Rokytnice from here. To return back, we only need to follow any of the trails leading to Rokytnice nad Jizerou.
