Opis

YELLOW SKI *** is a completely reconstructed neoclassical historical house from the end of the 19th century. It is located at the entrance of the lower square of the Giant Mountains’ Center Rokytnice nad Jizerou. The house underwent general reconstruction in the course of 2004, resulting in the construction of five new mezonet apartments (suites) on the third floor of the house. Other suites originated on the basis of the reconstruction of original flats. There is a sauna for 4 persons located in the house, further, you can find a high quality ski-deposit there and internet café Internet Café Bar offering pleasant relaxation in a friendly environment. Each suite has its own covered parking lot in the closed area of the house. The suite HEAD has a garage at its disposal. You can find ski and snowboard rental in the neighboring house.

Apartment ELAN

One-room 2 bed *** ELAN Suite of approximately 30m² is a large living room with two windows situated to main square equipped with kitchenette , dining table and double bed in partly separated part. Accessory equipment of apartment are built-in wardrobes and luxuriously equipped bathroom, having a shower and toalet.

Apartment DYNASTAR

Two-room 3bed*** one-level suite Dynastar 3 0 of 40m² consists of the living room with a kitchenette equipped with a dining table, and one bedroom. One double bed and one single bed are situated in bedroom with a view to the forest. A close hall with built-in wardrobes helps to separete apartment from traffic in a firs floor of house. Three-room luxurious 80m² mezonet suite HEAD 2 2 2 *** for six persons consists of a living room, two bedrooms in an attic, and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and provides a splendid view of green areas. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two persons. The first bathroom is equipped with a corner bath. A shower bath and toilet are situated in the second bathroom. Separate toilet is in a room located by the living room. Two halls with built-in wardrobes belong to this suite.
