Cottage VERUNKA

Description

Timbered Cottage „Verunka“ is located in Dolní Rokytnice, about 200m below  Dolní náměstí /Lower square/. The Cottage offers 18 beds  with the possibility of extending the capacity by two extra beds. Accomodation is favorite due to a pleasant home environment, clean and comfotable rooms and last but not least its ideal location - easy accessibility, both ski areas and cross-country skiing tracks, as well as hiking and biking trails. The advantage is the proximity of the center – Dolní náměstí, where all services are located. Parking is right at the cottage even in the winter months.

In the summer there is the possibility of using the summer terrace, fireplace and sitting with the possibility of grilling. For small visitors there is a sandbox, swings with a slide and a trampoline. Cyclists have a garden house, bicycle storage or if necessary even a small service.
The whole building is non-smoking and pets are not provided.

ACCOMMODATION

• on the ground floor of the cottage is situated one quadruple room  /AP1/ with a kitchenette and self-contained bathroom
• in the attic there are three apartments always with their 2 bedrooms AP2 /3+2/, AP3 /3+2/ a AP4 /2+2/. Each apartment has a private bathroom.

To the quests is also available:

• shared kitchen with dining room, equipped with fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, built-in multifunctional oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all cooking and dining utensils
• spacious lounge with satellite TV and DVD player. The common room is further equipped with fireplace stoves which will make the evening even more pleasant.
• after agreement there is a children's corner, electronic darts and social board games
• on the ground floor there is also a closet and a ski room
• a sure thing is wifi connection and cable TV
