Are situated in the Horni Rokytnice nad Jizerou, 20 metres from Ski-bus stop and 900 metres from ski areal Horni Domky, 350 metres from ski areal Modra Hvezda , ski areal Studenov is 2 kilometres and sport hall Spartak (fitness, sauna, tennis, volleyball, well equipped gym) is 150metres. Rokytnice is one of the biggest mountain centers in the Giant Mountains and offers to every visitor an excellent recreation whole year round.

Accommodation

• 4 family luxury apartments, 4-2 persons (54m floor area), 4-2 persons (48m floor area), 4-2 persons (46m floor area) and 2-4 persons (38m floor area).
• Comfortably furnished by first-rate wooden furniture.
• Every apartment includes a nice bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
• Every apartment includes a completely equipped kitchen (two cooking elements, a fridge, microwave, toaster, dining table with chairs).
• In the bedroom and a living room is color TV, SAT, a radio and an Internet connection.
• Common utilities are ski room storage and dry-out room, bike storage and free parking in front of the house.
• All apartments are non- smoking!

Boarding (meals)

• Cooking is possible at the kitchens in every apartment.
• Breakfast is possible after agreement in associated pension PP (20metres across the road).
• Lunches and dinners are also possible after agreement in associated Modrý Pension

Recreation possibilities

At winter: downhill skiing on 27 ski lifts and a new 4 person ski lift on Lysa Hora (1344m n.m.). The ski slopes are from the very mild for beginners, children up to the slopes for an advanced skiers, snowboarders, also evening skiing is possible. Fully prepared cross country tracks are ready for you here, snow tubing and sleigh-rides are possible.

At summer: hiking tourism, bike tourism for short or longer distances after a beauty of the Giant Mountains (Kotel, Mumlavske waterfall, Lysa Hora Mountain etc.), fishing at the Jizera River (trout), rafting and paragliding, football and ropes centre. Swimming and bathing is possible at a swimming pool in Jilemnice, Jablonec nad Jizerou and aqua centre Liberec.

Whole year round: sport hall Spartak (150m from our apartments, fitness, sauna, tennis, volleyball, gym), bowling and the ninepins centre. Town centre is 300m (shops, food stores, information, restaurants and caffe's, bars, post office and other services.
