The Apartments on the ski slope are located in the Krkonose Mountain resort Rokytnice nad Jizerou in a newly built stylish three-storeyed building „Švadlenka“ just in the centre of the black run of ski resort Horní Domky on the Lysá hora mountain.

We offer apartments Standard 60m² and Deluxe 120m² with upgraded amenities and a total capacity of 44 beds. All apartments are tastefully furnished with modern furniture, kitchen, bathroom, TV, lockable cubicles on skis or wheels.

The location is just ideal for the really comfortable skiing as well as for summer tourism and cyclotourism.

Apartments Standard

Modern above-standard equipped double room apartments with amazing view of the ski slope and almost all Rokytnice nad Jizerou from the French windows. Accessories – private lockable space for ski and ski boots (big luggage) in the basement of the building.

Apartments Deluxe

Modern, spacious, south-facing, luxuriously equipped and ingeniously atypically designed apartments, with layout up to 4 rooms with a kitchen nook for demanding clients, situated in the attic space of the building. All apartments are furnished with tasteful modern furniture. Each apartment has a separate lockable storage area for ski, boots, bikes or big luggage, which is situated in the basement at the exit of the building.

• Capacity up to 8 persons – 120 m2.
• Bedrooms: always 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed and individual beds (1–3) + cot for little children according to requirements.
• Living room: equipped with LCD television, sofa and everything needed for comfortable spending of your holiday, in addition, Delux I apartment offers a possibility of sleeping in a separate closed part of living room with a sofa bed. Other apartments have a comfortable double bed in the living room.
• The equipment includes a big dining table with possibility of high chair for little children. Delux I apartment offers a pleasant relaxation in the form of a modern stainless steel ethanol-fuelled fireplace.
• Kitchen nook: fully equipped with utensils for all forms of cooking, modern electric appliances (hob, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, some apartments also vinotèque + furnace for baking bread, toaster).
• Luxuriously fitted tasteful bathrooms with sanitary facilities and shower corner (Delux II apartment with a corner bathtub), with underfloor heating, heating ladder, washing machine and hairdryer.
• All apartments offer a nice view from the windows, however, Delux III apartments has a beautiful vista directly on the ski slope.
