Dear guests, we offer you 4 nice apartments HLAVA in our house and 3 apartments at the Lower Square in the centre of Rokytnice.  

Apartments HLAVA

Apartments HLAVA have quiet location in beautiful nature 300m from the town centre and the Ski resort Studenov. Parking is for free at the house. In summer there are available for you outside picnic area with grill, campfire, table tennis and meadow for children’s playing.  In wintertime there are shared ski- room for all apartments and a shared ski shoe-dryer for Apt N°2, 3, 4.

Apartment N°1

• max. 4 – 6 persons
• This apartment is located in the ground floor of the house and has its own private entrance. It comprises 2 separate bedrooms, each for 2 persons, living room with a sofa which can be used as an extra one- or double bed suitable for children, TV- SAT and well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washbasin, separated toilet, floor heating. Kitchen equipment: kitchen unit, electric cooking stove with four plates, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, boiling pot, toaster, utensils. Area: 48 m2

Apartment N°2

• max. 4 persons
• This apartment is located in the ground floor. It comprises 1 separate bedroom for 2 persons, living room with TV- SAT, other two beds and well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, floor heating.  Kitchen equipment: kitchen unit, electric cooking stove with two plates, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, boiling pot, toaster, utensils. Area: 30 m2.

Apartment N°3

• max. 4 - 6 persons
• This apartment is located in the attic. It comprises 2 separate bedrooms, each for 2 persons, living room with TV- SAT, well equipped kitchen and a sofa which can be used as an extra one- or double bed suitable for children, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Kitchen equipment: kitchen unit, electric cooking stove with two plates, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, boiling pot, toaster, utensils. Area: 40 m2.

Apartment N°4

• This apartment is located in the attic. It comprises 2 separate bedrooms, each for 2 persons, living room with TV- SAT, well equipped kitchen and a sofa which can be used as an extra bed, bathroom with shower and washbasin, separated toilet. Beautiful view of sunset. Kitchen equipment: kitchen unit, electric cooking stove with two plates, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, boiling pot, toaster, utensils. Area: 40 m2

Apartments at the square

Apartments are located in an apartment complex on the Dolni square in the centre of Rokytnice. There is a lift in the house.  Parking is possible in front of the apartment house after buying a parking card, which we arrange for you upon arrival. Ski bus stop is directly on the square. Ski resort STUDENOV is 500 m walking distance, ski resort LYSÁ HORA is 5 min.  by car or ski bus

Apartment C76

• max. 5 persons
• The apartment is situated in the 5th floor of the house. It consists of living room with one double bed, rattan chairs, table and TV (TV programmes only in Czech) , kitchen with dining table and chairs, bedroom with three separated beds, spacious hall, bathroom with bath and washbasin ,  separated toilet. From the kitchen there is an entry on a small balcony. Kitchen equipment: kitchen unit, electric cooking stove with two plates, refrigerator, and microwave oven, boiling pot, utensils and dishwasher. Area: 85 m2

Apartment C52

• 3-4  persons
• The apartment is situated in the 4th floor of the house. It consists of one spacious room including kitchen and dining table with four chairs, wardrobe, TV (TV programmes only in Czech). In partly separated part of the room there is a double bed. In the central part you find a single bed which can be extended and then serves as a double bed. Further there are entrance hall and bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Kitchen equipment: kitchen unit, electric cooking stove with two plates, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, boiling pot, utensils. Area: 45 m2

Apartment AB413

• max. 4 persons
• The apartment is situated in the 3rd floor of the house. It consists of a  living room,  which is equipped with a kitchen unit, dining table, four chairs, two single beds,  rattan chairs and TV (TV programmes only in Czech).  . Further there are bedroom with a double bed, entrance hall with built-in wardrobes and bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Kitchen equipment: kitchen unit, electric cooking stove with two plates, refrigerator, microwave oven, boiling pot, toaster, utensils. Area: 55 m2
